In its commitment to the safety of its people and the public, Morrison Telecom Services recently held its annual Safety Stand Down events.
Delivered at our sites across the UK, at the start of each year, the briefings provided an opportunity to remind our people of the value of our processes and procedures that we have in place to keep them, and the wider public, safe.
By giving our people the chance to take time out of their workday to fully focus on safety, we covered topics such as PPE, incident reporting, the apps and equipment we have in place to keep people safe and operational road risk.
The briefings were delivered by our Senior Management and SHEQ teams, with over 100 people attending the event at our Ipswich office.
Speaking on the day, Corrie Anderson, SHEQ Advisor, at Morrison Telecom Services, said: “Keeping people safe is of paramount importance to what we do. Every day, we aim for no accidents and no harm to our people. Taking time out of our day to get together and remind ourselves of the steps we need to do daily to keep ourselves and others safe is critical.”
Across M Group Services, we are committed to putting the health, safety and wellbeing of our people and the public first.
